Responsibilities
- Assist retail customers and walk-ins with parts inquiries, lookups, and purchases
- Support the service department by sourcing and pulling parts for technicians
- Use GM parts catalogs and dealer management software (DMS) to locate and order parts
- Process invoices, returns, and core charges accurately
- Receive and stock incoming parts shipments; maintain organized inventory
- Build relationships with wholesale customers and body shops
- Keep the counter clean, stocked, and professional
