Biweekly- Live-In Caregivers are needed. This role offers a purposeful career making a difference in the human services field, with paid on-the-job training and no prior experience required. Community Integrated Services (CIS) is a human services agency committed to serving adults with developmental disabilities and behavioral issues, helping them thrive. Many individuals served by CIS face severe behavioral and mental health challenges. Programs assist them with financial stability, life skills development, employment, and decreased behavioral incidents. Live-in positions are located in and around the Spokane, WA area. CIS trains employees to provide services to adults with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors in the home/community, ensuring they learn the necessary skills and knowledge before performing duties unsupervised. The work schedule is one week on/one week off (typically Wednesday to Wednesday or 3 ½ on and 3 ½ off), a BIWEEKLY LIVE-IN staff position (80 regular hours and typically 24 OT hours). These positions offer competitive industry wages ($20.25/hour) and guaranteed overtime (approximately $5080 per month, paid on a biweekly basis). The live-in model provides flexibility and stability in a client's home environment. Live-ins report to work on Wednesdays and reside at the residential home with the client(s) until the following Wednesday, then have an entire week off. This means live-ins work approximately two weeks per month and earn full-time pay. Live-ins receive a food allowance while working, and mileage is reimbursed in addition to regular pay.
