About The Position

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, skilled Orthodontic Assistant to join our warm and welcoming team in Chandler & Arcadia. This opportunity is perfect for someone who loves working with people and wants to make a meaningful impact.
Requirements
- Prior experience in orthodontics is required
- Dental assisting certification (COA, RDA, CDA) is a plus
- Completion of a dental assisting program is preferred, but not required
- A friendly, compassionate approach with patients of all ages
- Dependable, flexible, and eager to be part of a positive team environment
Responsibilities
- Assist orthodontists with procedures such as X-rays, impressions, and placing braces
- Prepare and maintain instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms
- Provide chairside support—especially for children and patients who need a little extra comfort
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and how to care for their orthodontic appliances
- Document treatment plans and patient progress
- Support the orthodontist’s schedule and help manage supplies
