About The Position

New Dimensions Home Health Care is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead nursing services in Fergus Falls and support communities across multiple counties. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Supervise skilled services provided by New Dimensions Home Care Agency.
  • Participate in policy decisions affecting patient care services.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff and other department personnel to plan services for clients.
  • Supervise and develop comprehensive training for RN Case Managers.
  • Assist in facilitating weekly multidisciplinary meetings.
  • Provide leadership and support for nursing staff.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of Case Managers and other nursing staff.
