We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team. The CT Tech will perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to facility protocols. Requirements

  • Active state license (as required by the assignment location)
  • Certification by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R) and/or Computed Tomography (CT)
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification
  • Minimum 1–2 years of recent CT experience
  • Experience with various CT scanners and imaging software
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments

Responsibilities

  • Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
  • Administer contrast media safely and monitor patients for reactions
  • Operate CT equipment and ensure proper imaging quality
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Follow radiation safety standards and infection control procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff for optimal patient care
  • Perform routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions
  • Provide patient education and ensure comfort throughout procedures
