Requirements

  • License & Registered with NYS Department of Health
  • CAT Scan Certification
  • Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board or ARRT (Nuclear Medicine) certification required.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must be a graduate of accredited Nuclear Medicine Technologist program.

Responsibilities

  • Performing duties directly involving a variety of technical procedures in the application of radionuclides for diagnostic and treatment of disease.
  • Obtains quality diagnostic images at a technical level.
