Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance mechanic of a manufacturing plant
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma
  • Able to Lift 41 - 70 pounds
  • Able to walk or stand for at least 5 hours

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in repairing W&H Tuber and Bottomer machines preferred
  • Bachelor of Science degree or mechanic certifications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assemble or disassemble equipment or machines
  • Clean and lubricate parts
  • Examine parts for breakage and wear
  • Maintain, repair, adjust, or lubricate machines or machinery
  • Troubleshoot, locate, identify, or diagnose malfunction
  • Use power or hand tools
  • Adjust, repair, or replace electrical wiring systems or components
  • Maintain, adjust or repair pneumatic or hydraulic systems
  • Troubleshoot, repair, or maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's)
  • Weld broken or cracked parts
  • Fabricate parts
  • Inspect for conformity to industry standards or specifications
