About The Position

La Vida Llena LifePlan Retirement Community is a well-established CCRC in Albuquerque. We are currently looking for an experienced MDS/Resident Assessment Coordintor (RN or tenured LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team! La Vida Llena in Albuquerque, NM is a senior living community that cares about our residents and our staff. Requirements

  • Current NM RN or LPN License in good standing
  • Prior MDS experience required
  • Understanding of the MDS 3.0 and RAI rules and regulations
  • One (1) or more years of professional nursing experience in a skilled nursing setting.

Nice To Haves

  • MDS RAC-CT Certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the MDS process for residents in the Skilled Nursing team.
