About The Position
As a Distribution Center Operations Associate 1 (DC Athlete I), you will be responsible for loading boxes and containers onto the conveyor, ensuring quantities match requested customer order levels, supporting VAS activities based on customer orders, and using RF devices to scan/complete material movements in the system. You will work with fellow operations associates, specialists, and various operation management teams. This is an entry-level position; no prior warehouse experience is required.
Requirements
- Must be able to read and understand detailed work instructions to complete daily tasks while prioritizing safety.
- Must be able to load, unload, and move heavy boxes and packages weighing up to 50 lbs. (with reasonable accommodation if needed).
- Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of the position, which include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time (with reasonable accommodations).
Nice To Haves
- SAP knowledge preferred
