About The Position
We are seeking a skilled 3rd CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team at our Neenah, WI facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The CNC Machinist will play a crucial role in ensuring quality and accuracy in our manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Experience operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Mills such as Doosan or Haas
- Sound knowledge of blueprint reading and understanding specifications and tolerances
- Ability to follow Quality assurance procedures and processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to program Mills by entering instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation and proving part programs is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming Mills using MasterCam is a definite plus
