About The Position

Requirements

• Currently hold an independent clinical license in any U.S. state: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCPC, LICSW, or equivalent
• Earned a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• 7+ years of experience in behavioral health, assessments, or case management
• U.S. Citizen (required for federal contract work)
• Experience with behavioral health assessments
• Experience with case management systems and documentation
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and online research
• Experience with Telephonic/email‑based support
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to obtain/maintain BLS/CPR certification within 30 days
• Ability to obtain/maintain NACLC background check (SF‑86)
• Ability to obtain/maintain a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health and biopsychosocial screenings
• Identify appropriate community, military, and local resources
• Provide case management and maintain accurate documentation
• Prepare outreach materials (flyers, brochures, newsletters)
• Deliver briefings to service members, families, and military leadership
• Attend required meetings, trainings, and community events
• Coordinate with regional leads to ensure timely reporting
• Travel to Reserve Centers 1–2 weekends per month
• Support program goals of resiliency, readiness, and access to care
