About The Position

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Pre-Law, Political Science, Business, or a related field, or currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor (JD) program.
• Cumulative college GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to handle a large volume of work and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read effectively from a computer screen and/or a paper copy.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to handle filing, scheduling, or document preparation reliably.
• Research and writing experience.
• Exposure to legal or compliance settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the Legal department’s central filing system, including accurate tracking and storage of executed agreements and key legal documents.
• Assist with scanning, copying, and responding to internal document requests.
• Contribute to special projects, including legal research, contract review support, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and cross-functional business partners to resolve urgent requests and ensure compliance with company policies.
