About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successfully complete a drug and background check.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Ability and willingness to walk, stoop, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout each shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Quva will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
• Accuracy, organization, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, show accountability, and work in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and ability to work efficiently with a team.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or a related field.
• One to two years of experience in data entry, clerical work, or related responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Verify information on incoming laboratory samples and enter sample information into the laboratory database.
• Place orders for laboratory supplies and stock them.
• Perform light housekeeping, including operating the glassware washer.
• Complete and document work in a timely manner according to approved standard operating procedures and general cGMP requirements.
