Requirements

• At least 1 year of investment banking experience.
• Experience with M&A transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop internal and external relationships.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial modeling, and financial valuations.
• Highly motivated, team-oriented approach.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support advisory and financing services for corporate clients and financial sponsors.
• Contribute to work related to mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, private placements, restructuring, and corporate and venture services.
• Develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Apply accounting knowledge, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
