Piece-rate (competitive, based on production) Key Responsibilities: Install open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation in residential and/or commercial settings Prepare job sites and ensure proper masking and protection Operate spray foam equipment and maintain tools Follow safety procedures and job specifications Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship Work independently or as part of a crew.
