About The Position

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in North Las Vegas, NV to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

Requirements

  • Must be a business owner/independent contractor
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have a smartphone with internet access
  • Must be able to use a camera pole for roof photos

Responsibilities

  • Traveling to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) underwriting inspections you've accepted
  • A brief, professional conversation with homeowners explaining the inspection
  • Capturing the required photos and data through our mobile web application
  • Using a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs
  • Scheduling your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections
  • Delivering accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
