About The Position
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you are responsible for delivering home care services to patients. You will provide care within your scope of practice as ordered by the physician and follow policies and procedures, regularly reporting to the nursing supervisor. You will facilitate implementation of the physician-outlined care plan and complete all required documentation related to the care delivered. The position involves day shifts and a weekend rotation. Training is provided.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Current Ohio Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of clinical experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver home care services to patients.
- Provide care within the scope of practice and as ordered by the physician.
- Follow policies and procedures and regularly report to the nursing supervisor.
- Facilitate implementation of the care plan as outlined by the physician.
- Complete required documentation related to care delivered.
