Every day, you'll provide personalized, one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Unlike many caregiving positions that offer inconsistent schedules, our full-time caregivers receive guaranteed 40-hour workweeks, allowing you to enjoy a dependable income while doing meaningful work you can be proud of. Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience is welcomed but not required
- Paid training provided for motivated candidates
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and household tasks
- Transportation to appointments and community outings
- Mobility assistance and fall prevention
- Caring for individuals living with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other chronic conditions
- Building trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Helping each client maintain dignity, independence, and the highest possible quality of life
