About The Position

At Home Healthcare is seeking a Caregiver/CNA to provide non-medical, in-home support to clients in Hendersonville, Tennessee. The role involves helping clients with daily activities they cannot fully complete on their own, supporting their mobility, preparing meals, shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship. The schedule is 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, and pay is $16–$20 per hour. No experience is required; training for certification is provided at no cost.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Enjoy working one-on-one and be eager to improve and learn new skills.
Have knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, housekeeping, cooking, and personal care services.
Adhere to health, safety, confidentiality, and other company standards.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and perform job-related duties.
Demonstrate the ability to act compassionately and supportively.
Be supportive, compassionate, and respectful of all persons.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including ambulation, dressing, personal care, hygiene, and eating.
Help clients move around their homes and accompany them outside, including to appointments and on walks.
Plan and prepare meals and, when needed, assist clients with serving and eating them.
Complete clients’ shopping or accompany them while shopping.
Perform light housekeeping duties clients cannot complete independently.
Provide pleasant, supportive companionship.
Report unusual incidents to the office immediately.
