About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's Level Degree (Required)
• Minimum three years related customer relations experience (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in healthcare is preferred.
• Strong organization, MS Office, presentation and communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a coaching resource to organization leaders on customer experience tools, behaviors, and techniques.
• Teach and perform staff and patient rounding daily.
• Support all patient experience activities for the division.
• Lead multiple projects.
• Work with all levels of internal and external stakeholders to manage and champion patient experience improvement throughout the year.
