About The Position
Suncore is seeking a dedicated Haul Truck Driver in Caldwell, Idaho. The operator will safely and efficiently operate a haul truck, perform truck service and maintenance, and assist as a laborer during downtime. The role involves outdoor work and long workdays.
Requirements
- Ability to safely operate a truck.
- Strong work ethic.
- Enjoy working outdoors.
- High energy to keep going during long workdays.
Nice To Haves
- MSHA training is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate a haul truck productively, efficiently, and safely.
- Service and clean the truck as needed, including greasing, oiling, and performing minor repairs and maintenance using a grease gun, oil cans, and various hand tools.
- Report when oil changes, maintenance, or repair work is needed or due.
- Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure proper performance.
- Help as a laborer during downtime.
