About The Position
Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible hours alongside other commitments, we’d love to meet you. At Red Hill Inc., part-time stylists are supported just as strongly as full-time team members. You’ll earn $25–$35 per hour on average through base wage, productivity pay, and tips, starting at $16.75–$17.35 per hour. With paid education, a FREE New Hire Toolkit, and a variety of scheduling options, this role is ideal for stylists looking to stay active in the industry while maintaining balance.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
