About The Position
Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible hours alongside other commitments, we’d love to meet you. We are hiring part-time stylists during our open hours: Monday–Friday 8am–7pm, Saturday 8am–5pm, and Sunday 9am–4pm. This position is perfect for parents balancing summer schedules, stylists wanting extra income without full-time hours, cosmetologists easing back behind the chair, or anyone craving creativity, connection, and flexibility. Our stylists are averaging $25–$40+ per hour. We provide the customers, training, and support. Join a team where you can grow your confidence, keep your balance, and love what you do again.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
