About The Position
The US Fund Solutions group is seeking a Fund Accountant or Senior Fund Accountant with 1–3 years of experience. The role manages multiple client deliverables and provides fund administration services to private equity funds, with a focus on superior client service. The position has a hybrid schedule, with one day per week in the office in Livingston, New Jersey, and works Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
- Experience as a Fund Accountant in private equity or hedge funds.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, and named ranges.
- Ability to multitask and perform tasks under strict deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.

- Investran experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules under GAAP and other bases.
- Prepare capital call and distribution calculations, and prepare and distribute related letters.
- Prepare net asset value (NAV) calculations.
- Provide investor and compliance reporting.
- Interact with clients daily.
- Work within a matrix reporting structure for client services.
- Complete internal responsibilities, including status reports and time tracking.
