About The Position
Lewis and Raulerson Carrier Group is seeking qualified and experienced fuel transport drivers in the Waycross, Ga area. A strong candidate must be highly motivated, a self starter with a safe work ethic. Must have a working knowledge and understanding of handling hazardous materials and Transporting fuel within all DOT and Federal guidelines while keeping a safety first mindset and great customer service.
Requirements
- 2 years of Class A CDL driving
- Tanker and Hazmat
- Must have a clean MVR, be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Class A CDL
- Hazmat Endorsement
- Tanker Endorsement
- Driving: 2 years (Required)
Responsibilities
- Safely transporting and delivering fuel to customers
- Follow all safety and company policies
- Communicate with management on all safety, operational and equipment issues
- Perform Pre and Post trip inspections
- Be a team player
- Bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50lbs
- Ability to work outside in all types of weather
- Additional duties assigned by manager
