About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum age: 23 years old
• At least 1 year of recent, verifiable Class A CDL driving (tanker preferred)
• Valid Class A CDL, from the state in which you are applying, with HazMat & Tanker endorsements
• Must NOT be restricted to automatic transmissions
• TWIC card required in applicable areas
• No tickets or accidents in the past 12 months
• Maximum 1.5 points in the last 3 years
• Must pass DOT physical
• Must pass drug test
• Must pass background check
• Must pass Jackson driving test
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to perform heavy work: Lift/move up to 100 lbs occasionally, Lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently, Lift/move up to 20 lbs constantly

Nice To Haves

• Tanker experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-tanker combination to deliver fuel to our retail store partners
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Load, transport, and unload petroleum products in compliance with DOT regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service at every stop
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards and complete required paperwork
