About The Position
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Dental Receptionist to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with patients, multitasking, and being the welcoming face of a busy dental practice.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of dental office or related experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers and office software
- Ability to travel between three office locations
- Availability for occasional weekend hours
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle general inquiries
- Maintain accurate digital patient records
- Obtain insurance authorizations and process insurance forms
- Coordinate with doctors, billing, and outside dental offices as needed
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
