About The Position

Requirements

• Previous experience in masonry, hardscape installation, landscaping, or construction preferred
• Knowledge of pavers, concrete, stonework, and retaining wall systems
• Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) and perform physically demanding labor
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Communicate English & Spanish

Responsibilities

• Install pavers, bricks, concrete, stone, block walls, retaining walls, and other hardscape materials
• Prepare job sites by grading, excavation, measuring, leveling, and compacting surfaces
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project specifications
• Mix and pour concrete, mortar, and other masonry materials
• Cut and shape stone, brick, and pavers using hand tools and power equipment
• Build and repair walkways, patios, driveways, stairs, fire pits, seating walls, and drainage systems
• Operate equipment and hand tools safely
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations
• Follow all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and clients when needed
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment
