About The Position
We are seeking a fast, friendly, and professional FOOD RUNNER to join our TEAM at DOCKSIDE DELI & RESTAURANT here at ISLAND VIEW CASINO. The Food Runner is responsible for ensuring that the food is delivered to the guests in a timely manner and provide fast, friendly, professional customer service to restaurant guests. They also assist the servers in their duties as needed/required and serves as assistants to the waitstaff.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be a team player.
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Restaurant experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that food is delivered to guests in a timely manner.
- Providing fast, friendly, professional customer service to restaurant guests.
- Assisting servers in their duties as needed/required.
