Advisors receive specialized training in the Infinite Banking Concept® and work with leading professionals in the field. Ascendant Financial is redefining wealth building by teaching clients how to control their money using proven strategies centered around the Infinite Banking Concept®. They are seeking a motivated, relationship-focused Financial Advisor for their Quebec team. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, passionate about helping people, and eager to build a rewarding career with world-class training and mentorship. Ascendant emphasizes innovation, mentorship, a client-first culture, and ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Licensed Financial Security Advisor (AMF).
- A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills in French and English.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent at relationship-building and presentation skills.
- Comfortable using technology and AI for virtual meetings and client management.
- An independent thinker while collaborating with a high-performing team.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (French and English).
- Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, investments, or wealth management.
- Established professional network within Quebec.
- Passion for financial education and client empowerment.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Educate individuals, families, and business owners on advanced wealth-building strategies.
- Conduct virtual and in-person discovery meetings.
- Design personalized financial strategies tailored to each client's goals.
- Guide clients through the implementation of insurance and wealth strategies.
- Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular reviews and coaching.
- Leverage Ascendant Financial's proprietary educational systems and marketing resources to grow your practice.
- Continuously develop your expertise through coaching, training, and mentorship.
