About The Position
Desjardins Financial Security Investments (Saskatoon) has a great opportunity for a Financial Advisor. This role is ideal for individuals looking to transition from a commission-based environment to a position offering income stability with performance-based upside, or for those seeking to advance their careers in a structured setting similar to an Independent Advisor. As an individual advisor, you will be responsible for the service, prospecting, development, and maintenance of business relationships with clients, while continuously enhancing your business and advisory skills within a structured and supportive framework. This position is well-suited for advisors motivated to grow their careers, benefiting from the structure of an established office, onsite mentorship, and the stability of a leading financial institution. The role involves working with a diversified clientele, offering significant development and learning potential.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Mutual Funds License

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain personalized business relationships with existing clients

- Ensure consistency between sales objectives, sound and prudent risk management, profitability, and customer satisfaction
