About The Position
This is a 13-week Financial Advisor Apprenticeship Program designed to transform individuals into successful financial advisors. The program combines proven methodologies, hands-on coaching, and real-world application, led by industry-leading experts. It includes licensing and certification support, mentorship, training programs, and professional development resources within a growth-minded culture. The program has offices in Metairie, Baton Rouge, Shreveport, Lafayette, and Pensacola, FL.
Requirements
- Must live or have lived in LOUISIANA.
- Must have or obtain a Life Insurance License by June.
- Must be able to attend training in Metairie for Week 1.
- Must be able to attend hybrid training (In-Person + Online Components) if located outside of Baton Rouge.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Curiosity, coachability, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for building relationships and a commitment to client success.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Already have the Life & Health License or SIE.
Responsibilities
- Complete online training for the Life Insurance License.
- Undergo background checks.
- Participate in pre-training and technology setup.
- Attend intensive training sessions covering various aspects of financial advisory.
- Pursue SIE, Series 7 Topper & Series 66 licenses.
- Engage in client-facing activities and sales roles.
- Build relationships and commit to client success.
