About The Position

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BScN)
• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications (required)
• A compassionate heart, an analytical mind, and a passion for making a difference
• Fully vaccinated as per public health guidelines

Nice To Haves

• Experience in women’s health or reproductive medicine (an asset but not required)

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, patient-centred care in our IVF clinic
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and documentation
• Administer medications, IV starts, phlebotomy, and sedation recovery
• Advocate for patients, providing guidance and education throughout their fertility journey
• Demonstrate critical thinking, leadership, and clear communication
• Ensure compliance with CCHSA patient safety goals
