About The Position
Monster Tree Service of Raleigh-Durham is seeking a Driver, Equipment Operator to join their growing team. This role involves operating various equipment, assisting ground crews, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the tree care industry. The company emphasizes a strong team ethic, environmental commitment, and career development opportunities.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Prior experience with operating Chipper, Mini Loader, Stump Grinder, and other equipment
- Clean Driving record
- Willingness to assist the ground crew
Nice To Haves
- CDL Helpful
- Experience in Tree Care desired
Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and safely operate all tools and equipment including hand tools, chainsaws, Avant loader, chippers, and stump grinder.
- Operate equipment as assigned.
- Assist ground crew with set up and clean up tasks on job site.
- Safeguards employees and the public from hazards in and around the work area, staying in frequent voice communication with workers aloft.
- Participates in weekly safety meetings and daily job briefings.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
