About The Position
VEKA Inc., a proud member of the global VEKA group and the world's largest extruder of vinyl for the window and door industry, is hiring dedicated and experienced individuals for the role of Industrial Electrician. As the Industrial Electrician your main responsibilities are installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical components of our industrial equipment. Salary depending on experience.
Requirements
- Knowledge of three-phase industrial wiring, motor control, PLC.
- Good technical and mechanical ability.
- Understanding of technical documents, such as blueprints, schematics, and instructions.
- Driver's license for occasional travel required.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree in related field and/or journeyman experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment, parts, and control panels.
- Electrical Troubleshooting.
- Perform mechanical repairs.
- Perform testing and inspections.
- Make decisions based on technical documents.
- Work as a team or alone to complete various projects.
