About The Position

The Industrial Maintenance/Mechanic Electrician will perform routine preventive maintenance and repair of machines. This role involves troubleshooting emergency maintenance on machines as necessary to support plant operations. The position requires troubleshooting industrial, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical failures, as well as reading, managing, and performing work orders for required maintenance services.

Requirements

• 3+ years in industrial manufacturing
• PLC troubleshooting, inputs/outputs, and changeouts of programs
• Experience with Factory Talk or similar HMI software
• Photo eyes, sensors, limit switches, and solenoids
• Repairing and troubleshooting conveyor systems (line controls)
• Mechanical Systems (bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes)
• Hydraulics & Pneumatics
• High and Low Voltage
• Ability to operate a multimeter to diagnose a variety of electrical issues
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
