About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Diesel Technician / Mechanic to join a growing operation in Savannah, GA. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of heavy-duty equipment to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and performance. If you’re a hands-on technician who takes pride in quality work and keeping equipment running strong, we want to talk to you.
Requirements
- Proven experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have your own tools
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Vocational/technical training preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines and heavy-duty equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
