About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise security governance or policy architecture.
• Deep familiarity with global regulatory frameworks and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a unified global security policy framework covering physical security, cybersecurity, OT security, personnel vetting, supplier security, and crisis governance.
• Defines minimum security standards that align with regulatory obligations, customer requirements, and contractual commitments.
• Ensures policies are auditable and enforceable.
• Partners with Legal, Compliance, IT, OT, and Operations teams to ensure policy harmonization across jurisdictions and geographies.
• Leads periodic policy reviews, maturity assessments, and updates aligned with evolving risk and regulatory landscapes.
