• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance
• Support mise en place, prep, and production schedules
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Support inventory accuracy and FIFO practices
• Communicate issues or shortages promptly
• Support banquet and event execution as needed
