Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred.
• Experience operating industrial parts washers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial parts washing equipment according to established work instructions.
• Load and unload CNC machined parts into washing equipment, baskets, or fixtures.
• Clean parts using approved detergents, solvents, or aqueous cleaning systems.
• Inspect parts for cleanliness, damage, burrs, and machining residue before releasing them to the next operation.
• Ensure proper identification and traceability of parts throughout the cleaning process.
• Maintain washer fluid levels, filters, and cleaning solutions as required.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and daily cleaning of parts washing equipment.
• Dispose of waste materials and chemicals in accordance with company and environmental regulations.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S and Lean manufacturing principles.
• Support other production departments as needed.
