About The Position

Paralegal - Office of the Chief Legal Officer Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and legal team. This role is ideal for a legal professional with prior experience supporting CLOs in public, global companies. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing legal operations, coordinating cross-functional legal matters, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Key Job Responsibilities: Provide direct legal and administrative support to the CLO, including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence. Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel on legal matters related to corporate governance, securities, and compliance. Maintain and organize legal files, records, and databases with strict confidentiality. Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and executive briefings. Support due diligence and documentation for litigation, and other strategic initiatives. Manage redline and blackline versions of legal documents to track revisions and ensure accuracy. Facilitate signature processes and maintain records of executed agreements. Contribute to process improvements and legal operations initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certification preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with at least 2 years supporting a CLO or General Counsel. Experience working in a public, global company with exposure to SEC filings, board governance, and international legal matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems. Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and corporate governance. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Demonstrated success in managing redline/blackline workflows and document version control. Requirements
