Chef de Partie reporting to the Executive Chef. This role provides exceptional guest satisfaction through the delivery of creative and delectable food offerings. This role provides an opportunity to continue developing a career in the art of culinary, opening opportunities for advancement internally and externally throughout the Tourism/Hospitality industry. The Chef de Partie is responsible for a specific shift and workstation, displaying leadership by example of good work ethics, attitude, and consistent focused performance. They will assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef by monitoring product needed to be ordered, the quality of the appropriate amount of food prep and organization of the specific shift and workstation given responsibility for. The Chef de Partie must also answer and respond positively to questions, concerns or menu feedback from the service team or guest concerns, and have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features, event BEO's and promotions within the standards.
