The Bartender prepares and pours drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe, communicates with beverage servers, and presents drinks to guests or servers as required. This role also involves operating and maintaining all equipment and utensils, maintaining a clean and stocked workstation, and operating a cash register/POS System. The Bartender monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed, serves as an ambassador of goodwill, promotes casino events and programs, and works closely with the Players Club. They are expected to work well with others, provide personalized service, resolve service problems, and take food orders when working in the pub. Adherence to regulatory, departmental, and company policies, as well as providing exceptional customer service, are crucial. The role requires meeting attendance guidelines and attending all necessary training meetings. Hours are determined by a 24-hour schedule.
