About The Position
This position is for a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) who will join a team focused on providing support and services. The role involves working directly with individuals to implement behavior intervention plans and support their development.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collect and record data accurately.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Behavior Technician.
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish).
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collect data on client progress and behavior.
- Provide direct therapy to clients.
- Maintain client records and documentation.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding client status.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards.
