About The Position

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! This role involves implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), providing direct one-on-one therapy, collecting data on client progress, and assisting with treatment plan development. The ideal candidate will support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills while maintaining a safe and positive therapeutic environment.

Requirements

• RBT Certification (Required)
• Medicaid Provider ID

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement behavior plans accurately
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Medicaid provider number (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach
• Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills
• Maintain a safe and positive therapeutic environment
