About The Position
HealthPro Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician in North Tampa, Florida. The role provides in-person behavior therapy in home, community, and clinic settings, working directly with clients individually or in small groups. The position is offered full-time or part-time, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and pay of $24–$28 per hour based on experience. Employment is W-2 and includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k).
Requirements
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working in ABA or with children with ASD or other special needs.
- At least 18 years old and completion of high school or a national equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person behavior therapy services in home, community, and clinic settings.
- Work directly with clients in 1:1 or small-group settings.
