About The Position

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a caring Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role provides direct one-to-one ABA therapy in home or clinic settings, implementing individualized treatment plans written by a supervising BCBA. Requirements

Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
Effective verbal and written communication in English.
Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
Valid state identification card.
Reliable transportation.
Must pass a criminal background check.
RBT certification is required.
Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute between locations.

Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
Collect data and submit session notes.
Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
Commute between locations promptly for appointments; a vehicle and valid driver's license are required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
