Alpaca Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians and motivated candidates who are ready to earn RBT certification. RBTs work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes, classrooms, and communities. They follow individualized plans developed by a BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build consistent relationships that support children's growth. Each RBT works closely with a dedicated BCBA mentor who is available for guidance. Candidates who are not yet certified may receive support toward becoming an RBT, including help finding a suitable practice and preparing for the certification exam. Depending on the practice, RBT training may be reimbursed and hands-on learning may be paid. The role offers full-time or part-time schedules, with some flexibility across mornings, afternoons, and evenings to meet client needs.
