Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Speech Tactics Charlotte, NC Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–2:00 PM | 25 hours/week Are you a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking for a part-time opportunity where your work truly matters? At Speech Tactics, we do more than provide therapy — we create meaningful opportunities for children and families to grow, connect, and thrive. We are seeking a Part-Time RBT to join our interdisciplinary team and provide high-quality, child-centered behavioral support in a collaborative and mission-driven environment. Requirements
- Active RBT certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, professional, and coachable
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children preferred
- Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental needs preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to children based on individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior support strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
- Support children in developing communication, social, play, behavior regulation, and adaptive living skills
- Collect and document accurate session data
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, families, and team members
- Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapeutic environment
- Follow all clinical and ethical guidelines related to service delivery
