Licensed Behavior Analysts are responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating behavioral health treatment services for individuals diagnosed with autism. This includes using a variety of behavioral and skill assessments to develop meaningful treatment programs that decrease barriers to learning, increase opportunities for learning and positively impact the quality of life of the individuals served. In addition to clinical service delivery, the LBA will provide training and supervision for behavior technicians, as well as collaborate with external and internal treatment team members.
